The Election Commission's office was temporarily relocated to 2876 N. Main Street after a March 26, 2026 fire. Do not use older address references as polling or early-voting instructions. Check the commission's official page for current directions.

November offices and candidates

The November 3, 2026 ballot includes the following offices. Republican nominees are listed below as an excerpt from the official ballot; this is not a complete ballot. Independent candidates and write-in options also appear on the official ballot.

State constitutional amendments

The November ballot includes three state constitutional amendments:

  1. Bail — concerns bail provisions
  2. State property-tax prohibition — concerns a state-level property tax prohibition. This amendment should not be described as eliminating county property tax.
  3. Victims' rights — concerns victims' rights provisions

Municipal elections

The November ballot includes municipal contests for Crab Orchard, Crossville and Pleasant Hill. Municipal candidates have no party labels on this ballot; do not infer party affiliation. These contests do not apply to every county voter. Check the official sample ballot for municipal eligibility.

Crossville water referendum

The November ballot includes a Crossville water question concerning the conditional transfer of specified property to the Cumberland Plateau Water Authority, subject to a later City Council determination.
