DATA & SOURCES
Worth Fighting Dataset Terms
Version 1.0 · Effective October 9, 2026
These terms apply to Worth Fighting datasets that link to this page, including their accompanying downloads. They explain how source material and Worth Fighting's original contributions are treated.
Public records and cited sources
Worth Fighting may compile information from public records, government sources and other cited third-party sources. A dataset can include facts, links, excerpts, classifications and editorial notes drawn from multiple sources.
Rights in underlying source material remain with the relevant rights holders, or the material retains whatever public-domain status applies. Public availability does not by itself mean that every source is in the public domain. Consult the original source and its applicable terms when reusing source material.
Worth Fighting does not claim ownership of underlying government or public records, third-party material, or facts merely because they appear in a dataset.
Worth Fighting's original work
To the extent protected by applicable law, Worth Fighting's original selection and organization, presentation, analysis and editorial content remain subject to the Worth Fighting Terms of Use. Access to a dataset or a download does not itself grant a Creative Commons license or other general permission to reproduce, redistribute or adapt that original work.
For reuse of protected Worth Fighting material beyond permission already provided by law or an express written license, contact Worth Fighting to request permission. These terms do not restrict uses of public-domain material, facts or other uses permitted by applicable law, including fair use, and do not grant rights in third-party material.
Use the source and date
When referring to a dataset, please identify Worth Fighting, link to the dataset page and preserve its edition or verification date, source citations and stated limitations. Check the underlying records for context and subsequent changes. A classification, research lead or unknown value should not be presented as a stronger finding than the dataset supports.
