Target describes an approximately 129,000-square-foot store with pickup and delivery options, fresh groceries and an Apple at Target offering. For a shopping trip, use the store page’s current hours and directions rather than an old opening announcement. Pharmacy and café schedules are listed separately.
When is Vicious Biscuit opening in Seneca?
The company targets spring 2027 for Thornwell Village. Its franchise announcement names Ricky, Niki and Coby Cook and partner Blake Pitts. As of October 28, 2026, the operator’s location list still marks Seneca as “Coming Soon.”
That is confirmation of an announced restaurant, not confirmation that it is already open. The reviewed sources give no exact grand-opening day. A target season may move as the project progresses.
