Seneca: new stores and restaurants
The initial Seneca listings include an open retail store, a restaurant announced for 2027, and an earlier restaurant opening from 2025. Their addresses and sources appear below. A Seneca mailing address does not by itself establish whether a property is inside city limits.
Target Seneca — open
Where: 1810 Sandifer Boulevard, Seneca, SC 29678.
Target’s official store page lists current hours, pickup options, a Starbucks Café and a CVS pharmacy. Target’s corporate regional page identifies Seneca among its 2026 openings and gives July 26 as the opening date. This directory groups it as a July 2026 opening.

Vicious Biscuit Seneca — announced, not open
Where: Thornwell Village, Seneca. Company target: spring 2027.
The company announcement confirms the Thornwell Village location and target season. Its official location directory still labels Seneca “Coming Soon.” Treat spring 2027 as an estimate, not a reservation date or guaranteed opening day. The directory lists 1810 Sandifer Boulevard; an individual suite and exact opening date were not established in this review.
Eggs Up Grill Seneca — a 2025 opening

The official Seneca location page provides ordering and directions. The brand’s May 2025 opening announcement, published by the International Franchise Association said service would begin June 2, 2025, with a June 6 celebration. It is included as an earlier addition, not a newly opened 2026 restaurant. Check the operator’s page for current menus and hours.
Walhalla: a new local-service location
Walhalla coverage begins with the Rosa Clark location below. Businesses are added when a usable operator or official source establishes the location and status. This initial selection should not be read as a ranking or as evidence that there are no other new openings.

Rosa Clark’s own website currently lists this Walhalla clinic and its contact information. For opening history, WSNW reported the new location’s opening on May 20, 2026. That report is secondary local-news corroboration; the operator is the source for the present address and phone. Contact the clinic for appointments and services available at this site.
Westminster Music Centre: indoor venue open

Coverage across Oconee County
The countywide directory will accept sourced additions from across Oconee County, including West Union, Salem, Fair Play, Long Creek and Mountain Rest. Westminster’s indoor Music Centre opening is included above. No new-opening listing for the other named communities met this edition’s verification scope. That is a coverage limit, not a finding that no businesses have opened.
The Oconee Chamber of Commerce calendar is a useful place to find ribbon-cutting announcements. A ribbon cutting can mark an opening, relocation, expansion or anniversary, so the event alone does not establish a business’s first day of operation. Check the business’s own page before traveling.
For established places to eat and visit around Salem, use the Salem and Lake Jocassee guide. It includes operator-sourced Crave Kitchen and Jocassee Valley Brewing details. Their current operation does not establish a new-opening date, so they are not added to the five-entry opening count.

Open for scheduled events: the venue operator announces an opening; access depends on the individual event.
Open: the business’s current location page supports a visit, with an address and operating information. Operating location listed: an operator publishes the location and contact details, but a full on-site service schedule has not been independently checked. Announced: an operator has confirmed the location, but has not confirmed it is serving customers.
An announced date is a target until the operator reports an opening. A site-plan label, leasing brochure, job posting or construction permit is a lead for further reporting; none alone establishes that a shop is open. We do not add rumored tenants to the confirmed list.
