programs: one named program/pathway per row. deadlines: one application cycle or funding band per row. cases: one reviewed court matter or clearly labeled litigation-research entry per row. JSON also contains sources, ranking, guides, field lists and license metadata.
All records carry baselineDate, lastVerified, datasetVersion and trackerUrl. Source URLs remain intact. Unknown/not verified values are deliberate strings, not zero or false. Date fields use ISO dates only when exact dates are verified; otherwise they retain explanatory text.
Update log
October 10, 2026 — Initial audited release. Added current Iowa half-year window, West Virginia prorated application bands and Wyoming preliminary-injunction reversal. Texas and Tennessee calendar conflicts are documented in their source notes. No automatic future-update claim is made.
